    橘子果肉中橙皮苷的提取及含量測定

    摘  要:采用索氏提取的方法對橘子果肉中橙皮苷進行提取,對提取溶劑、提取溫度、提取時間、料液比進行單因素試驗,并在該基礎上采用正交試驗對提取工藝條件進行優化。結果表明:橙皮苷最佳的索氏提取工藝為甲醇作溶劑提取、提取溫度85 ℃、提取時間3 h、料液比1∶120,橘子果肉中橙皮苷的含量為2.21 mg/g(鮮重)。該方法準確,可靠,可用于橘子中功效成分合理開發和質量控制。

    Extraction and determination of hesperidin in orange pulp

    Abstract: Soxhlet extration was applied to extract hesperidin from orange pulps. The effects of reagent, temperature, time, and material-liquid ratio on the extraction yield of hesperidin were investigated, and the extraction process conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum process conditions were: extract temperature 85 ℃, extract time 3.5 h, material-liquid ratio 1∶120 with methanol. The analytical result showed that the content of hesperidin in orange pulp was 2.21 mg/g (fresh weight). The method is accurate and reliable, and may be used for the development of functional components and the quality control of orange.
